This adventure game involves an adventure to save the world while exercising your entire body through a long journey that takes about three months with 30 minutes of training per day.

Using the Ring-Con and Leg Strap, the force and movement applied to parts of the body such as the arms, shoulders, stomach and legs are recognized and linked to the game world.

The game includes 60 different fitness exercises in a variety of genres such as muscle training, rhythm and yoga, and target various parts of the body, all of which have been supervised by experts.
