Payment timing and deadline

・Credit card: Payment will be made according to the membership terms and conditions of each credit card company.

・Bank transfer: Payment must be made within 5 business days after placing your order. Products will be procured after payment is confirmed.

Product delivery time

Once we have confirmed your payment, we will procure the product. Products that are in stock will be shipped within 7 days. (Shipping may be delayed in the event of unexpected issues or delivery congestion.) Products that are on backorder will be shipped within 30 days.
However, if we are unable to ship the product within 30 days, if we determine that it is impossible to arrange the product, or for other reasons, we may cancel your order regardless of your wishes.

Returns, cancellations and exchanges

If you wish to return an item for personal reasons, please contact us within 8 days. (Only applies to unopened items.)
In this case, the shipping fee will be borne by the customer.
We will exchange any products that are defective or have been shipped incorrectly.
