This new model, released in August 2019, has a longer battery life of approximately 4.5 to 9.0 hours compared to the previous model’s 2.5 to 6.5 hours.

It has three play modes: “TV mode” for enjoying on a large screen, “tabletop mode” for sharing the screen, and “handheld mode” for carrying the large screen around with you.

By handing a pair of left and right controllers, “Joy-Con”, to your partner, you can start playing against each other or cooperatively anywhere.
