Terms of service

These Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as “the Terms”) stipulate the terms of use of the online shop (hereinafter referred to as “the Service”) provided on this website by Structures Field EU Oy (hereinafter referred to as “our company”). Registered users (hereinafter referred to as “Users”) must use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

Article 1 (Application)

1. These Terms and Conditions shall apply to all relationships between the User and our company regarding the use of this Service.

Article 2 (User Registration)

1. For this service, registration is completed when an applicant agrees to these terms and conditions, applies for registration in a manner specified by our company, and our company notifies the applicant of approval.
2. If our company determines that any of the following apply to the applicant, it may not approve the application, and is under no obligation to disclose the reasons therefor.

第3条（User ID and password management）

• Users shall manage their user IDs and passwords for this Service at their own risk.
• Users may not, under any circumstances, transfer or lend their user IDs and passwords to third parties, or share them with third parties. If a user ID and password combination matches the registered information and a user logs in, our company will consider that the user ID has been used by the user who registered it.
• Our company shall not be liable for any damages caused by a third party using a user ID and password, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence on the part of our company.

Article 4 (Sales Contract)

1. In this service, a sales contract is established when the user makes a purchase application to our company and our company notifies the user that the application has been accepted. The ownership of the product is transferred to the user when our company delivers the product to the delivery company.
2. Our company may cancel the sales contract in the preceding paragraph without prior notice to the user if the user falls under any of the following reasons.
   
   1. If the user violates these terms and conditions
   2. If the delivery of the product cannot be completed due to an unknown delivery address or a long absence
   3. If we otherwise deem the relationship of trust between our company and the user to have been damaged.
   4. Payment methods, delivery methods, purchase cancellation methods, return methods, etc. related to this service will be determined separately by our company.

Article 5 (Intellectual Property Rights)

The copyright or other intellectual property rights of the product photos and other content (hereinafter referred to as “Content”) provided by this Service belong to the legitimate rights holders, such as our company and the content providers, and Users may not reproduce, reprint, modify, or make any other secondary use of such Content without permission.

Article 6 (Prohibitions)

When using this service, users must not engage in the following acts.

1. Actions that violate laws, regulations, or public order and morals
2. Actions related to criminal activities
3. Actions that infringe on copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights contained in this service
4. Actions that destroy or interfere with the functions of our servers or networks
5. Actions that commercially use information obtained through this service
6. Actions that may interfere with the operation of our services
7. Actions that obtain or attempt unauthorized access
8. Actions that collect or store personal information, etc., about other users
9. Actions that impersonate other users
10. Actions that directly or indirectly provide benefits to anti-social forces in relation to our services
11. Any other actions that our company deems inappropriate

Article 7 (Suspension of provision of the Service, etc.)

1. If the Company determines that any of the following events occur, the Company may suspend or interrupt the provision of all or part of the Service without prior notice to the User.
   1. When maintenance, inspection, or updates are being performed on the computer system related to this service
   2. When it becomes difficult to provide this service due to force majeure such as earthquakes, lightning strikes, fires, power outages, or natural disasters
   3. When computers or communication lines are stopped due to an accident
   4. When we otherwise determine that it is difficult to provide this service
   5. The Company shall not be liable for any disadvantage or damage suffered by the User or any third party due to the suspension or interruption of the provision of the Service, regardless of the reason.

Article 8（Restrictions on Use and Cancellation of Registration）

1. If any of the following circumstances apply to you, we may, without prior notice, restrict your use of all or part of the Service or cancel your registration as a User.
   1. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is violated
   2. If it is discovered that the registered information is false
   3. If the credit card registered by the user as a payment method is suspended
   4. If there is a default on payment obligations such as fees
   5. If there is no response to contact from our company for a certain period of time
   6. If the service has not been used for a certain period of time since the last use
   7. If the company otherwise determines that use of this service is inappropriate
2. The Company shall not be liable for any damages caused to the User by any actions taken by the Company under this Article.

Article 9（Withdrawal）

Users may cancel their membership to this service by following the designated cancellation procedure.

Article 10（Changes to service content, etc.）

The Company reserves the right to change the content of the Service or to discontinue provision of the Service without notifying the User, and shall not be liable for any damages incurred by the User as a result thereof.

Article 11（Changes to Terms of Use）

Our company reserves the right to change these terms at any time without notifying the user if it deems it necessary. In addition, if a user starts using the service after these terms have been changed, the user will be deemed to have agreed to the changed terms.

Article 12（Handling of Personal Information）

We will handle any personal information obtained through the use of this service appropriately in accordance with our “Privacy Policy.”

Article 13（Notification or Contact）

Any notice or communication between the User and the Company shall be made in accordance with the method specified by the Company. Unless the User notifies the Company of any changes in accordance with the method separately specified by the Company, the Company shall consider the currently registered contact information to be valid and shall notify or contact the User via said contact information, and such notice or communication shall be deemed to have reached the User at the time of sending.

Article 14（Refund Policy）

１．Regarding replacement

If the product is damaged or defective upon arrival (such as the product not working due to an initial defect), please contact us within one week of receiving the product. We will contact you regarding replacement. After we have inspected the returned product, we will ship the replacement product.

２．Refund Policy

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. Once we have inspected the item, we will promptly contact you with the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will issue a refund to your credit card (or original payment method).

Article 15（Governing Law and Jurisdiction）

Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Finland, the jurisdiction in which our head office is located.
